BIOGRAPHY
Carla McClellan, MPH, CPPS, is the owner and founder of Tallahassee Lassie Pet Care. Formerly working in social work and public health, Carla transferred these skills to a service-based, educational, and professional pet service business. Aside from owning and operating the business, Carla serves community in numerous capacities and on various boards of service. She recently founded North Florida Pet Services Association and looks forward to connecting pet professionals in North Florida!

This is the perfect topic for me, especially for the last four years, as I ended up, having to have multiple surgeries and prolonged periods of time off. The key is building a dream team, and delegating to everybody’s strengths. This has actually freed me up to grow us even larger because I was able to take care of myself and the overall direction of the business while the team works in the field.
