Erika lives in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing & Management from Elmira College in Elmira, NY where she played NCAA Varsity Ice Hockey and Golf.
In 2014, Erika Co-Founded ProPet Software (Industry Leading Cloud-Based Kennel Management Software) and started Barketing Solutions (Modern and Professional Websites and Ongoing Support) a few years later in 2017 and PetBizReports (Easy to Understand Website and Marketing Reports) in 2022. Erika has appeared as a Guest Expert in many pet sitting groups and Masterminds and along with Amy Toman from Pet Sitter SEO launched Digital Pack Leaders in 2024, an Exclusive Club for Pet Care Pros: Mastering Websites, SEO, & Google Business Profiles.
